Dr Kylie Henderson (Psychology)
Dr Kylie Henderson is a clinical psychologist and the Founder and Managing Director of our parent company based in both Australia & UK.
Kylie has more than 20 years’ experience in the employment services industry and worked for large, national employment services providers overseeing their health and employment programs. She holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology, is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the University of Southern Queensland and a member of the Australian Psychological Society Clinical College.
Fred Cicchini
An experienced CEO with more than a decade of experience across vocational, employment and return to work solutions, Fred is a registered and practicing psychologist dedicated to improving health outcomes for current and future generations.
Fred has managed national health organisations in excess of 350 staff, and has extensive experience in optimising organisational employee engagement and productivity. In addition to this, Fred has a keen interest in the development and implementation of evidence-based early intervention, employee assistance, return-to-work and mental health preventative initiatives.
An intuitive people leader, Fred is recognised as an experienced business growth executive, an accomplished public speaker and a passionate advocate for people and performance.
Carly Watkins
With a Masters in Occupational Therapy, Carly is passionate about supporting people of all ages to improve their independence and quality of life.
After working within in the disability industry as a clinician and regional manager, Carly is excited to further develop her leadership skills and play a role in ensuring all older Australians have access to health services.
With a qualification in complex home modifications, Carly looks forward to the continued delivery of high-quality services, supporting people to remain living safely at home long term and creating positive physical and mental health outcomes.
Michelle Ryan
Michelle is a driven, solution-focused and values led leader with over 6 years’ experience in the community services and health sector. Michelle is a One Young World Delegate and represented Australia in the 2017 One Young World Youth Conference in Ottowa, Canada for her work in advocating and supporting migrants and refugees resettle in Australia.
Michelle works as a psychologist and has a passion for the betterment of society through improved mental health outcomes. Michelle has a degree is Arts Psychology and Bachelor of Health from Macquarie University and Honours Degree in Psychology from the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
